The NACE Network - the ONE place to meet

Automotive Service and Repair Week (ASRW) and CCC Information Services Inc. announce the availability of free private meeting rooms to any ASRW 2012 participant who requests one and is registered* for the show either as an attendee or exhibitor. The complimentary meeting rooms will be located immediately outside the ASRW Expo show floor in an area named, “The NACE Network – the ONE place to meet.” The area will consist of 11 small, medium and large private rooms, each equipped with comfortable furnishings, wireless Internet, and a plasma flatscreen or projector/screen equipped with a laptop connection. 

The NACE Network - the ONE place to meet, is a collection of 11 small-to-large meeting rooms located right outside the show floor. The NACE Network is FREE to ALL REGISTERED* ASRW participants (both CARS and NACE -- attendees and exhibitors!). All you need to do is let us know when you'd like to meet, for how long and how many people.  That's it!  There's no catch!  It's a free service to help YOU make the most of YOUR SHOW.

The details:

• 11 private rooms
• 6 rooms hold up to 4 people
• 4 rooms hold up to 15 people
• 1 room holds up to 100 people
•  Rooms can be reserved for up to 90 minutes
•  Rooms are available October 5-8 between 7am and 7pm
•  First come, first serve

All meeting rooms will be equipped with:

• comfortable furnishings
• wireless internet access
• electricity
• a plasma flatscreen or projector/screen to connect your laptop

And again, all of this is FREE if you are registered* an ASRW participant.  Where are you going to find THAT in Vegas?
